Terms and Conditions

  1. ecoplumb will at all time act in a professional manner and will to the best of their ability protect the customers property and belonging subject to the constraints of the work to be carried out.
  2. ecoplumb will at all times hold public liability insurance for the sum of £2,000,000 should this level of cover be insufficient then additional indemnity can be arrange provided that sufficient notice is given and any additional premiums will be charged at cost to the customer.
  3. Should the works required by the customer require planning consent then it is the responsibility of the customer to gain such consent.
  4. ecoplumb will ensure that all work is carried out to water regulations.
  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any drawing supplied to ecoplumb conform to water and building regulations.
  6. ecoplumb agree to Guarantee that all work carried out by them will be to current industry standards and that which a reasonable person would expect.
  7. ecoplumb is not a licensed waste disposal contractor and therefore disposal of all waste is the responsibility of the customer.
  8. Settlement of account for work carried out is due after a satisfactory inspection by the customer and ecoplumb.
  9. ecoplumb accept no liabilities that arrive from them being unable to keep an appointment due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or illness.

If ecoplumb is carrying out work on a labour only basis i.e all materials are being supplied by the customer then the following additional terms will apply:

  1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials are available at commencement of the work.
  2. Should the installation be delayed due to materials not being available then ecoplumb reserve the right to charge the waiting time at day work rates (see prices page), and /or reschedule the work for a different time.
  3. It is the responsibility of the customer to accept delivery of materials and ensure that they are not damaged and are fit for purpose.

    Hi My Husband and I own a caravan in Heacham (Park Resorts South Beach) and were wondering if you were able to check our Fire, Cooker and boiler and give us the required saftey certificate.
